How far in advance should we book?

We’re flexible and happy to accept enquiries at any stage. However, availability during peak wedding season can be unpredictable, so we recommend getting in touch as early as possible to secure your date.

Do you accept last-minute bookings?

Yes — if we’re available on your event date, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute bookings.

Where do you operate?

We cater for events across the UK. We’ve served events as far south as Portsmouth and as far north as Yorkshire, and regularly travel nationwide for weddings, corporate events, and festivals.

Is travel included in your quote?

Yes. Travel is included within our bespoke quotes, so there are no unexpected costs later on.

Yes. We bring all necessary equipment to ensure chai is served hot, safely, and efficiently.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. We can prepare chai using dairy-free milk alternatives. Sugar is not added during preparation — guests are asked at the point of service if they’d like sugar, allowing everyone to enjoy chai to their preference.

Can you handle large events?

Absolutely. We have extensive experience catering for large weddings, corporate events, and public gatherings, including events with over 1,500+ guests.

How long do you typically serve for?

A standard service duration is around two hours. However, service time can be extended if required — this can be discussed during the booking process.

What is the booking process?

Once you submit an enquiry, we’ll discuss your event details and provide a tailored proposal. A booking is confirmed upon acceptance of the quote and payment of a booking fee.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 25% booking fee is required to secure your date.

Can you cater outdoors?

Yes — we regularly cater at outdoor events. As long as weather conditions are dry, outdoor service is not an issue.
